Serves: 4
  1. Heat a frying pan over low heat
  2. Add coconut oil
  3. Add onion
  4. Allow to saute for 3 minutes until golden brown
  5. Add garlic and ginger
  6. Add turmeric powder, seekh kabab powder and tikka powder
  7. Add water
  8. Add tomatoes
  9. Add shrimp
  10. Allow to cook for 6 minutes until shrimp are cooked through
  11. Add lime juice
  12. Add cilantro
  13. Remove frying pan from heat
  14. Serve and enjoy!
Serving suggestion
You can serve this over rice, with roti or naan or as a side dish or appetizer.
