  • 1 pound of butter (salted or unsalted)
  1. Turn on Instant Pot to SLOW COOK mode
  2. Adjust time to 1.5 hours
  3. Cover pot with a splatter guard and allow ghee to clarify
  4. Allow pot to come to room temperature
  5. Use a strainer to strain out the ghee into a container
  6. Store at room temperature or in the refrigerator
You can store in a glass, steel or plastic container.
